【Performance】

 Double-terminated vinyl silicone oil, non-toxic and odorless. The vinyl groups at both ends have strong reactivity. Under the action of a catalyst, it can react with chemical substances containing active hydrogen groups and other active groups to prepare various special properties. No other low-molecular substances are released during the reaction process, and the reaction deformation is small.

【usage】

1. This product is used as the base material for the production of high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, mixed with cross-linking agents, reinforcing agents, colorants, structure control agents, anti-aging agents, etc., and mixed to prepare high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber;

2. This product is used to make liquid silicone rubber, which is the main raw material for injection thermoforming silicone rubber; for example, it is the main raw material for high-tear mold glue and high-end electronic potting glue;

3. This product reacts with a variety of organic materials such as polyurethane and acrylic, and can be made into new materials with better performance (weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, enhanced toughness, etc.).

【Packing, Storage and Transportation】

This product is packed in 200L inner plastic-coated iron drum and 200L polyethylene plastic drum. This product is a chemically active material. Impurities (especially catalysts) should not be mixed during storage and transportation. During storage, avoid contact with substances that can trigger chemical reactions, such as acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc., to prevent denaturation and storage. Store in a cool and dry place. This product is non-dangerous and can be transported according to general cargo conditions use.
