FMES:

Sodium fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate. It is an anionic/non-amphoteric surfactant and a sulfonate of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate. It has the characteristics of both anionic and non-ionic surfactants. The main performance is: FMES also has the characteristics of non-ionic emulsification and cleaning. It has the characteristics of anionic alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. FMES introduces a cyclic sulfonated end-capping structure at both ends of the molecular chain to make it have a three-dimensional molecular chain, thereby having better dispersion performance. 

Features:

1. Hard water resistance is better than anionic products such as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium a-alkenyl sulfonate.

2, good detergency, degreasing, dispersibility, the highest detergency among anionic products.

3, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and peroxide resistance.

4, does not freeze in winter, it is a flowable liquid.

Application:

1. As an oil-displacing agent in oilfield exploitation, FMES has a temperature resistance of 140-160℃, an anti-Na+ ability of 15-50g/L, and an anti-Ca2+ ability of 2-5g/L. It has good temperature resistance, salt resistance and emulsification. Ability to form ultra-low interfacial tension with crude oil (<10-3mN/m), which can be combined with polyacrylamide

2. Binary flooding system to improve oil recovery.

3. Industrial cleaning As a high-efficiency cleaning agent, FMES's washing capacity and degreasing capacity are much higher than AES, LAS, etc., and can be used to improve degreasing, wax removal and other cleaning effects. FMES has good alkali resistance and is more suitable for cleaning glass bottles and curtain walls.

4. It can be used as a seed soaking agent in agriculture to increase the germination rate of plants; it can also be used as an emulsifier for pesticides to increase the utilization rate of pesticides.
