Thickener ase60

Usage method:

Adjust the pH value of the system to 8-9

Dilute acrysol with water in a ratio of 1:1 ® ASE-60

The diluted acrysol was added slowly under low speed stirring ® Ase-60, to the specified viscosity

Acrysol ® Ase-60 can be used alone or in combination with other thickeners

Adding a small amount of surfactant or glycol ether cosolvent can change and reduce the low shear viscosity

Technical guidance:

ASE-60 is highly versatile and has excellent compatibility with non-ionic polyurethane rheology modifiers. It has excellent performance in styrene, acrylic and vinyl acetate emulsion systems. It is especially suitable for low gloss coatings for interior and exterior walls. It can replace cellulose thickeners in high PVC and low volume solid content formulations to achieve excellent water retention and anti-stratification properties.

Ase-60 has excellent water retention performance and strong thixotropy. It can also be used in various systems with three-dimensional decorative requirements, such as elastic texturing paint, stone paint, relief paint, etc.
