With the initial dyeing bath, the dyeing bath can be adjusted from sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) to slightly alkaline, and gradually adjusted to acidic with the increase of temperature.

Generally, 0.5-1 g / L (if necessary, 0.1-0.2 g / L sodium carbonate can be added to improve the initial pH value of dyeing) depending on the type and concentration of dyes and water quality.

When dyeing, please put the BSD-S 1 / S 2 product into the dyeing vat and run for 5 minutes, then add the acid dye which is fully dissolved in hot water and start to heat up after running for 5 minutes. Keep the temperature at 50 ℃ for 10 minutes at the rate of 1 ℃, and then rise to 98 ℃ at the rate of 1-1.5 ℃ for 20-40 minutes.

The amount of preshrunk wool dyeing depends on the type of dye and the amount of dye. Generally, the recommended amount is 0.5-1.0g/l.
